This website still hasn’t been paid for

I made this website for Jordan after a phone call where I was promised a monthly payment of just £50 a month (which I was reluctant to do but Jordan promised me on his families life he wasn’t the kind of guy to go back on his word or promises).

Since October I have had to tirelessly chase Jordan to ask if there is any plans to pay & why hasn’t it been paid for as promised. I have been given numerous dates (4 now in total) none of which have ever materialised. When asked about this Jordan told me he would ‘put me in my place’ & also told me that he ‘told me dates (often 2-4 weeks in advance) so I would leave him alone and stop asking him to pay’.

Despite not paying, Jordan asked me to do more work for him as he had already paid someone to make some promotional flyers for him & he wasn’t happy. As a friend, I told him I would make them free of charge if he could just give me a definitive date for a payment - he told me 4th December (a month away) & I said great, thank you & invested more of my time into making some flyers for him. Jordan was over the moon with these flyers and told me I was a god send & the gift that kept giving.

So, now here we are on December 5th, & despite a call on the 4th where he promised to pay me, Jordan has failed to do so again & told me he ‘doesn’t have 30 seconds to do it’ & also admitted that he only told me that date so I left him alone for a month and stopped asking for money.
